Random video chat is free and always will be. There is one paid product: a weekly pass that lets you choose who you are matched with.

Nothing is withheld to push you toward paying. The free service is the whole service, minus the ability to choose who you meet.
Weekly pass — $5.00 USD, or E20.00 in Eswatini
A one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and you will never be charged again unless you buy again.
The pass lasts 7 days from the moment you pay, and unlocks matching filters:
- Pick interests — eleven broad subjects such as Music, Tech & science, or Food & wellness — and be matched with someone who chose at least one of the same.
- Pick countries and be matched with people from them.
- Up to 5 picks per group, 15 in total.
- See live figures before you choose, showing how many people are actually online for each interest and country.
If nobody matches exactly, the search widens step by step rather than leaving you waiting — and the screen tells you each time it does. This is described in full on the features page.
How to pay
You can pay by MTN Mobile Money, from an MTN number in a supported country, or by PayPal, using your PayPal balance or a card through PayPal.
You are shown the exact price, in the currency you will be charged, before you confirm anything. There are no additional fees, and no charge is ever made without you approving it.
What happens after you pay
Your pass is active immediately — there is nothing to install and no email to wait for. We show you a recovery code at that moment; save it. Your pass is stored in the browser you bought it in, and that code is what restores it if you clear your data or switch device. Restoring is free and takes seconds.
Refunds
Passes are non-refundable, because access is delivered in full and immediately and is consumed over a fixed period that starts at once. The one exception is where interest matching did not work at all for the entire life of your pass through a fault on our side, in which case we refund in full. Billing errors, such as being charged twice, are always corrected. Full detail, including the consumer rights this cannot limit, is in the Refund Policy.
The free service exists so you can satisfy yourself that QuickMingles works for you before you pay anything. Please use it first.
Who can buy
QuickMingles is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. By buying a pass you confirm you are 18 or older and accept our Terms of Service.
